Article 27 (a) Where an applicant is not a Canadian citizen, he or she shall provide an original or a copy of valid passport or a permanent resident card, issued by any part of Canada, or a valid permanent resident visa or other official document issued by any part of Canada, containing the applicant's full name, date of birth, gender, and place birth. (b) If the applicant is a Canadian citizen, he or she shall submit a valid passport or other suitable visa, issued by any part of Canada, or a permanent resident card, visa, issued by any part of Canada, containing the applicant's full name and date of birth.
